Incompetent

All of the paperwork & extras involved in my closing were already completed and reviewed by me two months before the actual closing. On the day of closing, the bank employee was no longer an employee, the settlement sheet was totally changed and inaccurate. No one was professional enough for their job description. Papers were pushed at me which confused me even more. Going over the paperwork after the closing, I found numerous errors in my favor. No one would return my call. I had to constantly beg for my coupon payment book. The figures of the settlement are still not resolved (to my favor) and they are dragging their feet as before. They even had nerve enough to send me some blank form with an arrow pointing, asking for my signature. Something is most definately wrong with this bank.
